This policy explains the main categories of information processed by AccountSelling.net. It should be kept aligned with the services and legal requirements that apply to the business.
Account information
When you create an account, the site stores your name, email address, password hash, account status and login timestamps. Passwords are not stored in plain text.
Orders and support
Order records include product, amount, payment status and payment references returned by the payment processor. Support tickets contain the messages you submit and their relationship to your account or order.
Security and anti-abuse
The site uses session cookies, CSRF protection and limited server-side IP-derived rate-limit records. Registration and password recovery may use Google reCAPTCHA, which can process technical information under Google's own privacy terms.
Storefront analytics
The site records public storefront page views to understand traffic and distinguish likely human visits from known crawlers and automation. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the analytics table. A one-way HMAC-derived visitor identifier is used for approximate unique-visitor counts, together with the requested public page, referrer hostname, available country code, bot classification and timestamp. Bot classification is heuristic and may not always be correct. Analytics page-view records are automatically pruned after approximately 180 days.
Payments
Cryptocurrency checkout is provided by NOWPayments. Payment information and blockchain-related transaction data may be processed by NOWPayments under its own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and deletion
Define and publish your actual retention periods for accounts, orders, support records, security logs and legally required transaction records before launch.

Language and country detection
To choose a suitable interface language automatically, the site may use a country code supplied by the hosting or proxy network. If no country code is available, a country-level lookup may be performed using the visitor's public IP address. This is used only to select a language; the site does not require precise location for this feature. You can override automatic language selection at any time from the language menu.
