Buyer accounts

Buyers must provide accurate account information and keep their password confidential. Accounts may be restricted where there is fraud, abuse, chargeback manipulation, unauthorized access or other prohibited conduct.

Transferable listings only

Products should only be listed when their sale or transfer is lawful and allowed by the terms governing the underlying service or asset.

Accuracy

Listing descriptions, prices, ownership claims, availability and limitations must be accurate and kept current.

Prohibited activity

No stolen credentials, compromised accounts, impersonation, unauthorized access, fraudulent identities or products whose transfer is prohibited.

Transactions

Final payment, delivery, support and refund terms must be disclosed to the buyer before completion. Cryptocurrency payments are processed by the configured third-party payment provider.

Support

Order-related issues should be submitted through the private support system. Ticket content must not be used to send malware, threats, spam or unrelated prohibited material.
